one fateful day in 2019 i heard the song valentine. a song from recently released 5sos album youngblood. this song was so perfect (to me), i loved it so bad it was the best song i ever heard in my life. then.. i heard want you back. that song changed the instagram edit game. for awhile i only really listened to those songs and she looks so perfect. then the year 2021 hit and i finally listened to the full youngblood album, tbh i still didnt really fw any songs besides valentine and want you back.... anyways then 2023 hit and i was like wait let me listen to their whole discography (i didnt get far). in feb 2025 i listened to CALM and it changed my brain chemistry basically. NO SHAME IS GENUINELY TOP 5 SONGS EVER. once everyone's a star released it was joever, my brain, time, and money were gone and promised to this band.

"i'd pay again just to keep from stopping it now" i genuinely want to get a carousel tatted on me just because of this. this song means a lot to me, i resonate heavily.

"and when you're fillin' up your lungs mines the only name thats under your breath" chronically underrated song. the beginning genuinely makes me feel like im ascending to heaven.

"wildflower, fingertips on me. i can feel them still" the intro to this song is so iconic to me and i think everyone needs to love this song more idgaf!

"so deep, your dna's being messed with my touch" yeah so basically 14 year old me had no idea what was coming.

"angel, with the gun in your hand pointing my direction, giving me affection" this is such a good song i hope i die.
